Under his leadership the group took a big leap forward. Known for his strong technical expertise, leadership skills, humble nature and discipline, Mr. Samal continues to guide the next generations with the core values of quality, trust and integrity.

He joined the family business in 1987 and has been a cornerstone of the company’s growth ever since.
